Web Support

The Mech Wars Support website has solutions to the most common game questions and problems. An extensive FAQ can be consulted for the most common questions you may have, or you can open a support ticket if your question is not answered or are of a more personal nature. This is the recommended way of getting support, and can find it at www.mech-wars.net/support.

Email Support

You can e-mail Mech Wars Support any time. Under normal circumstances, you will receive an automated reply within 15 minutes detailing solutions to the most common problems. Typically, within 24 to 72 hours, you will receive a second e-mail containing more detailed solution to your particular problem or question.

Please note, however, that if you are currently a customer you are encouraged to use the support ticket system instead of email, since all those tickets will have priority over email.

Online Chat Support

We do not offer online chat support at this time, but we might consider doing it in the future. Unofficial chat support can be found on IRC, but if you want an official answer, please use the web or email methods.

Phone Support

We do not offer phone support at this time, neither automated or live. Please use one of the other ways of getting support instead. Also, we have no plans on adding phone support.
