Election
Elections are used for selecting who should rule the country. This is done in a democratic way, and everybody's vote counts equally. Choosing who should rule the country is not an easy decision. You are actually giving a person the full authority to speak for you and your country.
Country elections are an ongoing effort; they never stop. The votes are counted every hour, and the country member with the most votes will be the country commander. The default vote for every country member is themselves. This means that at the beginning, everybody has 1 vote.
The voting process itself is done on the Preferences screen, in the Country game menu. You will be presented with a list of country members, and you can then select the person you wish to vote on and click the Vote button at the bottom. Please do some serious thinking before deciding who to vote on, though. It should be somebody that you know is the right person for the right job, and will do his or her best to make the country the best one.
