Loci is a major international research corporation, doing most of its research in the field of weaponry and warfare in general. Competitively recruiting the brightest and best minds in the field of science, there are few companies who can compete with the Loci Corp. Simply having the familiar “Loci Corp” logo on a product can often double its price. Selling to governments and weapons-merchants worldwide, and with their high-grade products in demand constantly, the Loci Corp is a very rich and powerful organization, some say second only to the High Council. Rumors speak of shady deals between the High Council and Loci, with a blind eye turned to the more controversial research, and protection from the SPF provided in exchange for top-secret weapons and equipment not available to the public, but these are strenuously denied by both parties.
